Meet the Chairperson

“I don’t need to know in order to go - I go, and then I know. Understanding comes after obedience. You move first, and the knowing follows"

A Word from the Chair

As a nation at the furthest ends of the earth, it is no coincidence we are called Aotearoa,  the Land of the Long White Cloud. This is not just 'random'; it is 'prophetic'. In every sense.

Over the centuries, many recognised prophets have spoken of New Zealand’s calling, with countless prophetic words declaring the rise of Māori as key carriers of spiritual authority in this final move of God.  Much like the sons of Issachar   (1Chronicles 12:32), Maori naturally carry a seer anointing, a prophetic gifting deeply woven into their identity as a people of the land. They have long discerned the times and seasons, both naturally and spiritually.

As we move into the Hebrew year 5786, we are witnessing many Spirit-filled Māori awakening, sounding and sensing a seismic shift to get ready.

However, I want to be clear - this move is not exclusive - it is not for “Māori only.” This 'movement' is for all believers who carry the Spirit of God, for every tribe, every culture, every follower of Christ who is discerning the kairos of God.

The Apostolic Movement Aotearoa, was birthed in the  'seeing'  and in the 'urgency' resounding in the Spirit. We rise as we heed to the trumpet call - 'unite and get into formation'.  If you are sensing this too - we invite you to  Join Us!

Sharing the  Journey

Hikoi Aotearoa 2019

A Call to a Nation

Hikoi Aotearoa was a prophetic journey across the marae of our nation, beginning at Te Rerenga Wairua (cape Reinga), travelling all the way to the Bluff, then crossing to Rēkohu (Chatham Island) and finishing at Glory Bay on Pitt Island - the far-eastern edge of the world.

Our karanga was to invite the western churches to join us in the marae of Aotearoa to be ONE people in the land - 'Whenua ki to whenua, mauri ki to mauri'.  Our message was a trumpet call to the narrow road of 'Repentance' and  'Holiness'.

Stephanie's Ordination 2016

Called to Serve

Stephanie's ministry journey began in 2005 where she pastored the Underground Church in West Auckland.

In 2016, she was again re-ordained at Te Piringatahi Marae for the Pacific Pearls Movement surrounded by Kaumātua, friends, and Pacific Pearls whānau.

ONE Party 2020

Righteousness & Justice Flowing

In 2019, Stephanie could see 'righteousness and justice' prophetically flowing from the throne room over our nation. With the help of Edward & Carolyn Shanly, they established a Christian political party called ONE Party, becoming the first movement in New Zealand’s political history to have an Apostolic Council guiding its direction.

ONE Party stood in the 2020 General Election gaining 8121 votes and later contested the 2022 Tauranga by-election, carrying a mandate to give voice to 'God, Family & Country' in the public arena. In 2023, we sensed another shift and passed the baton to Alfred Ngaro, who rebranded the party and launched it as the New Zeal Party, gaining 16,109 votes. He continues the  journey with a fresh expression and a renewed vision for Aotearoa.

Pacific Pearls Waitangi 2017

Waitangi - He Tangata

In 2017, Pacific Pearls hosted the Kaumātua Tent on the grounds of Waitangi.

Stephanie has attended Waitangi commemorations for more than two decades. Their marquees become places of manaakitanga, kōrero, and whanaungatanga, where kaumātua and whānau can sit together, share kai, connect, pray (karakia) and worship (waiata). The aim was always to strengthen relationships across hapū, iwi, and community.

He tangata, he tangata, he tangata.

Israel Powhiri 2016

Israel - Reconciliation

In 2016, when New Zealand stood against Israel alongside other nations in the UN Security Council Resolution 2334. Many understood this moment not simply as a political decision, but a breach in covenant and honour.

In response, our Kaumātua Pat Ruka, the Pacific Pearls, and many other christian leaders across the nation gathered to host a pōwhiri of reconciliation - not as a political gesture, but as a spiritual act to heal the breach and restore the honour.
